Nichola’s opened at the Galt House Hotel in April of 2007 amid Derby fever. We are now conveniently located in the East Tower next to Jeff Ruby’s Restaurant at the corner of 4th and Main Street. Formerly in Prospect, the new shop has an exciting contemporary look and serves clientele from both the Louisville and Indiana areas. Nichola frequently travels to the major apparel & gift markets updating inventory in line with fashion trends and customer needs. She has been in the fashion industry for 10 years and is passionate about helping her customers look their best for every occasion.

Nichola’s appeals to a wide age group including the baby boomers. You will find a divinely different variety of apparel as well as designer jewelry such as Jan Michael, Charles Anthony, Ann-Marie Chagnon, Anne Koplik and Haley Hill. Beautiful unique accessories include Mary Frances, Whiting & Davis and Lunacy handbags. Try on one of Anthony Alexander’s uniquely fabulous hand crafted leather/metal/stone belts. Each one is adjustable to fit most sizes. Our friendly, professional staff is trained to meet the needs of each individual, including expert advice on personal fit, style and colors. Separates comprise most of the clothing for a customized fit (sizes 4-16). Joseph Ribkoff, French Dressing, 600 West, Mycra Pac and IC Collection are some of the lines always in stock. Ravel blouses are fashionable and moderately priced. Many boutique lines change with each season.

Included are luggage tags, art cards, original drawings, gallery items, children’s gifts and wonderful scarves and wraps. For Boomers there is a great selection of reading glasses.
